FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY INVESTMENT

I have been photographing families for over 17 years, but recently following the birth of my son, Parker, have a new perspective of what I feel and want to offer my clients.

After a three day labour and emergency C-section I feel excused for not getting to my camera the moment he was born. However I did make the time in hospital to get some photographs. Not only have I photographed him most days of his life I have also had no less than 5 professional shoots taken in his first year. I value these photographs so much, without them I would have forgotten just how vulnerable, helpless and wrinkly he was. Or how he styled his mohawk before it suddenly abandoned us and became regular flat hair.

For me the value of the photographs will go up as he continues to grow. When he becomes an adult himself they will then be his gift from me. His childhood and memories captured forever in prints on the wall and in albums.

I want to gift your children the same thing; memories, as many of them as I can.

I want to capture their home, the sofas they jumped on or built forts round. The kitchen top they sat on or baked cakes at.  The pets they had, their bedroom décor and their hobbies. Photographing them again and again, year after year. Capturing their story.

I work in an unobtrusive way documenting moments as they happen. I then supply your images in a beautiful album or frame for your wall for you and your children to treasure forever.
