When I met Danny & Louise they explained they were both photo phobics. I assured them that the pre-wedding shoot would be ideal for them to get use to me taking their photos and give them the confidence to enjoy having their photo taken. I was right. During the shoot I saw their confidence grow and their shoulders relax making them the perfect models, and they actually enjoyed it despite them dreading it beforehand.

With the warm up out the way I was super excited for their big day at Le Talbooth, Dedham. Not liking the thought of being centre of attention they opted for a very intimate and early ceremony with around 30 guests at Talbooth Maison followed by a meal at Le Talbooth.

Danny & Louise have a huge group of friends and so after their meal had finished at around 5:30pm their many evening guests arrived promptly for an informal receiving line and cocktail hour on the manicured lawns at Le Talbooth. I have tried for a long time to think of the words to describe this part of their wedding, but words are failing to invoke the atmosphere. I’d liken it to being on holiday, with lots and lots of friends – the sun was shining, everyone was laughing, drinking and enjoying themselves.

New for next year I am creating slideshows of my Bride and Groom’s moments, and here is one of this epic wedding. Enjoy!
