Meet the Grimsey’s (Again) Relaxed Family Photographs

I was so excited to be photographing the new addition to the Grimsey family, little baby Ivy. I have photographed Michelle and Alex on four occasions now, and each time just gets better and better. This has to be one of my favourite mornings photographing for a long time. I got lucky with everything. The weather was glorious, perfect for a beach shoot and the Grimsey’s are a dream to work for, super lovely people.

 

I asked if I could take a different approach to the shoot from my normal posey newborn photoshoots and they welcomed the idea, so a massive thank you to them for trusting me and letting me do what I wanted, relaxed family photos.

 

I just asked them to ignore I was there so that I could really capture their family’s spirit.
