We looked at a number of photographers for our wedding as getting the right person to photograph our day was particularly important to us. Being an amateur photographer as well as a ‘very particular person’ according to my wife meant that all of them apart from Jasmine fell by the wayside very quickly. From our initial meeting through the engagement shoot to the wedding and afterwards, Jasmine was friendly and down to earth yet professional. The amazing photographs speak for themselves and everyone who has seen them has commented how beautiful they are. Our engagement shoot produced some fantastic images and gave us a good idea of what it would be like on the big day, so was really worthwhile. On the day, Jasmine got all the shots we wanted and was great at working with the small children at the wedding and keeping them engaged. Her knowledge and experience came in handy as she even stepped in to help my wife into her dress while the bridesmaids were otherwise engaged! After the wedding everything happened according to the agreed timescales and the only problem we encountered was choosing which images to put in the album as there were so many good shots to choose from! As we are now expecting a new addition to our family, I have no doubt that we will be asking Jasmine to photograph the baby when he or she is born…

Baby Pietro

A few days after our son Pietro was born we invited Jasmine into our home to take some precious photos of our new baby boy. As new parents Jasmine made us feel very relaxed and Pietro was also very relaxed having his photos taken. I have never seen someone get so many amazing photos with such ease and patience and Jasmine was so gentle with our little Pietro that he never once complained, I\’m fact since we bought him home he had never seemed so relaxed. Our photos are something we will treasure forever and we are so glad we had them done as they are a once in a lifetime memory. Thanks Jasmine for providing us with photos that we will treasure forever.

Baby Charlotte

Jasmine was recommended to us by some very good friends who had used her to photograph their son when he was born. We received a card from them with one of the pictures she had taken on the front and it was fantastic! Our baby was due several months later and we knew straight away that we wanted jasmine to take pictures of her when she was born! Our daughter was born on the 1st November 2011 and at just six days old jasmine came to our house and took the pictures. The shoot itself was relaxing as it was in our own home and jasmine was very gentle and considerate with our newborn baby. We arranged a date for jasmine to come back and show us the images a couple of weeks later and when we saw them for the first time we were over joyed! They were just beautiful!! We were absolutely thrilled with the pictures and we ordered them all! The photo box containing 15 images was so different from anything we had ever seen before! We also bought some for family members as Christmas presents and It made their Christmas! Since then they have even ordered more copies of our pictures for themselves as they loved them so much! Jasmine captured a moment in our lives that we will treasure forever in such a unique and beautiful way! Thank you Jasmine for doing a brilliant job!

Booking the venue and photographer were in my opinion, two of the most important aspects to our wedding and Jasmine did not let us down! From meeting Jasmine at a wedding fair, she was lovely to chat to, straightaway putting you at ease. Looking through the albums on display … really did show what natural flair Jasmine has in the job that she does so well. Within a couple of weeks – Jasmine had been to our house and discussed the various options and she was booked there and then. Prior to the wedding, we met Jasmine a couple of times, including an engagement shoot which was helpful in working with our difference in heights (Joe being 6ft5” and Gem being 5ft 2”!!). Jasmine is extremely organized and everything was documented well. On our big day (December wedding), Jasmine worked brilliantly with the lack of natural day light with it being the shortest day. She worked quickly (always helpful with cold weather!), but efficiently – with the end product being 300 plus photos that I fell in love with! After the wedding, an appointment is made, where Jasmine shows you the pictures as a slide show on a large projector screen – brilliant idea!! She is great at advising what would work well within the album and spends plenty of time with you to make sure you are happy with the final selection, which you can then view on the client area. Overall – I would recommend Jasmine Jade’s photography services to any couple getting married, she is professional, friendly, brilliant at her job and captures the best memories of your special day. Jasmine’s professionalism shone through from the moment we met her. She worked with us to help us to decide what kind of finished product we really sought. During the engagement shoot she demonstrated a professional attitude and showed us what she was capable of in terms of … directing the shots and producing a stylish and very flattering portfolio of pictures. On the big day itself, Jasmine demonstrated great composureand her gentle yet assertive (although definitely not overbearing) manner ensured that the shots were taken unobtrusively yet within the scope that we had previously discussed. Afterwards, she was very generous with her time and spent many hours with us to help select the photographs we wanted to have in the album (not an easy task by any means!). We are absolutely delighted with the finished photographs and have an album we will truly cherish forever. Many of our family and friends have been astounded at the outstanding quality of the pictures and the artistic design and layout of the album. Choosing the right photographer was an important part of our wedding, when we looked at Jasmines work and met her the decision was easy. We have a 2 year old daughter who was a major part of our day and Jasmines relaxed and fun way of working looked almost effortless. Our Olivia loved her and she couldn’t wait to pose and smile for the camera, as parents and as the bride and groom we were so happy that we choose Jasmine to capture our day. As a loud but camera shy bride I’ve always been quite conscious of posing for the camera, however Jasmine made me feel relaxed and as if I was just with one of my friends. When we received our amazing photo albulm I cried and cried she made sure every angle of our day was captured in the most beautifulist way. Having seen Jasmine’s work before it was an easy decision to have her photograph our day. Professional at all times she kept us calm throughout the day and ensured everything ran smoothly. Even capturing the surprise ‘love actually’ moment after the ceremony which I’m pretty sure was as much a shock to her as well as us. But yet the images are absolutely brilliant! We were recommended Jasmine by a friend of mine for our wedding photographer. What can I say apart from the amazing photos we got she was an absolute pleasure to work with, she shared ideas and gave her opinions which made things a lot easier for me when I couldn’t make a decisions! She was so focused on the day making everyone feel at ease and everyone commented on how great she was. We didn’t just find a photographer, we made a good friend too. After our first meeting with Jasmine we felt like we had known her for ages. Feeling comfortable around my wedding photographer was my main issue as not many people are used to being photographed. We chose Jasmine because we saw the high quality of photographs she had taken at friends’s weddings and we’d received good endorsements of her work. We were impressed with the photos taken and Jasmine’s organisation during the process from the initial meeting to receiving our final wedding pictures. On the day group shots were taken quickly and with little disruption to the guests. We were impressed with the creativity and style of pictures taken on the day and how everything was conducted in a professional but fun manner. From start to finish, Jasmine was absolutely wonderful. We met her at a Wedding Fayre and were so impressed by her enthusiasm and friendly manner that we booked her on the spot. We were a bit apprehensive about the prospect of an Engagement shoot but she made us feel really comfortable, meeting us where we wanted to go and although there were lots of other people around, we were oblivious to them. The photos she took were lovely so we knew that the photos she would take on our Big Day would be just what we wanted. We met up before the Wedding to discuss our requirements and her organisation of the photography on the day was faultless, due largely to her experience, flair and efficiency, leaving us able to enjoy the rest of the celebrations. With over 300 photos to choose from, Jasmine guided us through the selection and grouping of the photos for the album, visiting us at home straight after our Honeymoon and sorting out the layout of the chosen photos and sending through our proof book within a week. We didn‚t need to ask for any alterations as the photos were so well arranged and the end result is superb: a beautiful record of the day and all our guests in an album of extremely high quality. Jasmine was recommended to us by a friend and as soon as we meet her and saw examples of her impressive work we knew that we wanted to her by our photographer on our big day. We were able to discuss ideas about what we wanted on the day and what kind of album and packages we were able to choose from. I was quite nervous and self conscious about having photographs taken of me as I have always preferred to be behind the camera, however by having the engagement shoot at the wedding venue it allowed me to become more confident and relaxed in front of the camera and allowed us to both feel calmer about having the photographs taken of us on the day. Jasmine was able to put us at ease immediately and was very friendly, approachable as well as being professional and extremely creative. On the wedding day Jasmine made us both feel comfortable in front of the camera and managed to take an impressive amount of photographs so we were able to choose from a wide range of images. The images were extremely creative and imaginative and we struggled to decide which ones to include in our album as we loved so many of them. We received our album and were both so pleased with the end result. The quality of the album and the images is incredible and better than we could have imagined. We met Jasmine at the very first wedding fair we visited when we were feeling totally overwhelmed by everything on show (and slightly hungover as it was a Sunday morning!) but as soon as I spoke to her I knew that I wanted her to be our photographer. She made me feel completely at ease and her photographs were absolutely stunning. The photographs were something I knew I didn’t want to compromise on and I definitely didn’t have to. Jasmine completely understood our ideas, especially as we did not want to have wedding photos that looked exactly the same as everyone else’s. She was such a calming influence on the wedding day, especially as I was a nervous wreck in the morning. She also managed to keep our somewhat rowdy guests under control so we could get the photos we wanted in the minimal amount of time. When the photos arrived, they were amazing, it was definitely very hard to choose between them all but Jasmine gave great guidance when we needed it.
