Jasmine, you captured the essence and happines of our day perfectly. We wanted a blend of the traditional wedding photos but at the same time showing what an amazing day it was with fabulous weather and beautiful surroundings. The pre wedding pictures are stunning and managed to put both of us at ease for what was going to be a special day. The photos at Marylebone show what an iconic building it is and how glad we were to have used it……particularly the shot of us walking down the marble staircase after the ceremony. We could not have asked for a better photographer, or a photographer who understood our needs as much as Jasmine. Jasmine really brought her own artistic influences which blended so perfectly with our ideas. She also gave us a helping hand with keeping us calm and focussed on the planning, she was really well organised, and got all of our shots in good time, she even had to work with some of our late arriving guests! The photo shoots were a laugh and she gave us the confidence to do the poses and enjoy ourselves. We spotted Jasmine at a fayre, and her dramatic pictures sold her work to us. We had quite an alternative wedding, which Jasmine genuinely showed an interest in. Her photography has it’s own alternative edge blended with the more traditional shots, which for us was perfect. We could tell by the first couple of meetings that Jasmine had really understood our personalities, this was really reflected in the final products we received. Within the first few minutes that Sara and I had met Jasmine, we knew that we wanted her to be our photographer. We were already familiar with the level of Jasmine’s work via albums that were on display at the venue and the gallery on her website, but meeting her made everything fall into place. Neither of us are particularly fond of being in front of a camera and so Jasmine’s confidence assisted with putting us both at ease from the start. We found that spending time with Jasmine before the wedding was invaluable, and by the time we met again on the big day she felt like an old friend. Jasmine handled the day with aplomb, she adopted just the right level of authority with our guests in order to make sure that all of our pre-defined photo list was taken care of, with plenty of time left over for some lovely shots of Sara and myself together away from the crowd which we will always treasure. If there was any negative outcome of hiring Jasmine, it would be that we found it incredibly difficult to choose the best photos for the album as they were all exquisitely taken, those that did not make the final album will almost certainly adorn our walls or fireplace for years to come. We first met Jasmine at the wedding fair at the Lawn Rochford where we decided our big day would happen. She was amazingly helpful considering you think you know just what you are looking for then when you see what Jasmine has to offer you are then blown away with the story book wedding albums. We were so impressed we booked there & then. On our wedding day all my confidence went out of the window & Jasmine held me together as i had lost my mum 4 weeks prior to our wedding, she helped tie my dress & throughout the day constantly checked our wishes were being fullfilled. We found Jasmine at the end of a mammoth weekend of wedding fayres. It was her striking images which initially caught our attention but we soon knew she was the girl for us when the conversation quickly turned to pole dancing! Having grown up with Mum being a professional wedding photographer in the past I was worried that my exacting standards and expectations would cause conflict with my own wedding photographer. I could not have been further from the truth Jasmine understood us completely and knew what we wanted even before we did! Both Colin and I are very self conscious when faced with the business end of a camera, but Jasmine made us feel at ease and forget she was taking pictures. The offer of an engagement shoot is a fantastic idea as it gave us a chance to get to know each other better. On the day itself Jasmine was an invaluable help in keeping us both calm and laughing, exactly the way we wanted to be. Our pictures I think show justice to this as we are captured having the best day of our lives. Colin and I are not the kind of people to go with the flow and look to do things slightly differently. Our wedding day was going to be no different and we wanted innovative and creative photographs to show this. Jasmine took our brief and ran with it and we are blessed with the most fantastic record of our day. From the first meeting with Jasmine we were very impressed with her professionalism. She listened to all our requests and she made us feel that we could have whatever we wanted for our wedding photos. She kept in regular contact, and the engagement shoot was a great opportunity to get the feel for photos before the wedding. We were absolutely delighted with the photos, they were just what we wanted – very natural and captured us at ease. Jasmine kept in regular contact before the wedding to make sure we what had what we wanted, and organised an extra evening photographer too. She was happy to adapt to the awful weather conditions to ensure our photos were the best they could be. After the wedding we were able to review all the pictures and she gave us a book of all the photos taken. We had a large choice of album designs to choose from. asmine did a wonderful job for us. She made us and our guests feel relaxed and comfortable which really shows in our photos. On the wedding morning Jasmine was really calm and organised, taking some lovely ‘getting ready’ shots. She was helpful in so many ways, with all sort of tips and advice – even helping my sister lace up my dress. During the wedding Jasmine was able to get everybody organised for group photos by being assertive without being pushy. Jasmine always made time for us and we never felt rushed during our meetings or phone calls with her. When we returned from honeymoon we really enjoyed watching the slideshow of all our photos on the big screen. It was almost impossible to choose images for our album as we liked all of them! From the very start of planning our wedding I knew that having an amazing photographer was key to our wedding and something we wanted to focus on the most. Jasmine captured our special day on a sunny March day. She is very friendly and puts a lot of heart into her work, almost as if it was her own wedding day. She took all the shots we requested which were arranged at a pre wedding meeting. Jasmine also scouted around the area our wedding was in prior to the day to try and find some nice focal points. She did a grand job as our photos were truly amazing. We also managed to get some natural shots of people (not arranged) which were a fantastic addition to our wedding album. Jasmine bought an assistant with her which was very helpful with the gathering of people at the wedding for mass photos. She has got a great way of making everyone smile in every photo which i think is a very hard thing to achieve. The monkey impression is great for the kids!! Overall I would really recommend Jasmine to capture your special day a true professional and my wife and I were really really happy with every photo.
