THE WEDDING
Jessica and Edward are planning on getting married at Hatfield Place in Hatfield Peveral. Like most weddings throughout 2020 it has been postponed many times and is currently in my diary for 26th August 2021!
WHY HYLANDS HOUSE
Although their wedding is going to be at Hatfield Place unless I have not worked at a venue before I always recommend we do a couples pre wedding shoot elsewhere.
Jess & Ed where unsure where to do their pre wedding photoshoot and so I suggested Hylands House in Chelmsford. It is, hands down, my favourite place for pre wedding photo shoots. Hylands House has such a large open landscape that no matter how busy it is, because of its vastness, you’re never too overlooked. Many of my couples worry that people might be watching them during the shoot and often the most beautiful backdrops for shoots are so so busy it is just uncomfortable for my couples. Hylands House has two landscaped gardens, a mansion, cottage, woodland area and a rose garden – this gives for so much variation on areas dependant on the season, weather and the light available.
These factors combined make it an ideal location for a photoshoot.
ABOUT JESSICA AND ED
Jessica and Edward are the type of couple that make you instantly feel like old friends, they are so easy to talk to and I really enjoyed our pre wedding shoot together. I felt like we spent most of the time just laughing and chatting, it was really a lot of fun.
The couple opted for white outfits which really went well with the venue, dreamy light and their personalities. Initially like most couples they where nervous for the pre shoot but where so pleased with their photographs.
