A Classy Wedding
Sophie and Simon’s wedding oozed class. They researched wedding suppliers extensively. This resulted in some of the UKs best wedding suppliers working together. Every single detail was thought of. For instance the colour of salt on the table. Sophie meticulously redesigned the Ballroom at Gosfield Hall. In addition she added her own tablecloths, cutlery, glassware and matching candles
The Wedding Dress
I love Sophie and Simon’s wedding because of all the beautiful details. Notably, I am obsessed with her dress. Sophie chose the Juliet dress by Noya Riki Dalal. This dress was insane. I loved the way it fitted Sophie and her petite frame. Furthermore the light travelled through the layers of lace creating a beautiful silhouette in the evening light.
The Flowers
Harriet Parry was hired to create the wedding flowers. The hours of dedication that this woman put in to transforming Sophie’s ideas, certainly should win her an award. Together they traveled to flower markets and spoke endlessly on WhatsApp discussing ideas. This resulted in totally unique but exceptionally classy florals. Harriet is a true creative artist. She is keen to break stereotypes and create the exceptional. Harriet Parry is a total wedding supplier hero because she is dedicated to her brides and utterly lovely.
Hair Makeup and Accessories
Victoria Percival was another of Sophie’s wedding suppliers. Sophie had several trials with several hair and makeup artists and but found her perfect fit with Victoria. She put Sophie’s worries at ease and stayed throughout the day. In the evening she put Sophie’s hair up creating an different look. I loved her bespoke couture headpiece handmade by Victoria.
My favourite Part of Sophie and Simon’s Wedding
Sophie and Simon found the lead up to the wedding very stressful. It was so lovely to see them both relax after the ceremony. They showed complete contentment with the guest’s reactions and excitement. There is a photograph of them walking into the Ballroom at Gosfield Hall, I just love the story this image tells.
